Instructions
As a general rule, allow approx. 2 oz (50 g) Uncooked weight of toasted pasta per serving as a side dish and 3 oz (75 g) served as a main course. Serve as a side dish to meat or fish, or as a main course mixed with cooked vegetables, mushrooms, or sauteed onions. Serve with meat sauce, tomato sauce, or salsa. Flavor with Osem Consomme Soup Mix. Number of Servings as a Side Dish- 3 persons: 1 Cup Couscous; 2 Cups boiling water. 6 Persons: 2 Cups Couscous; 4 Cups boiling water. 9 Persons: 3 Cups Couscous; 6 Cups boiling water.
