Low arsenic, and low GI when prepared Starch retrogradation process of boiling , then cooling down quickly. My husband is picky about rice , and he liked this brand prepared in the way that is starch resistant . It freezes well too. If you are not into toxins that leach into rice , this brand is low in poisonous organic and inorganic chemical arsenic . Great texture and flavor.

This is not a large bag of rice. But this is THE BEST rice on the planet. It tastes clean, and fresh, and it is absolutely delicious! It's easy to prepare. Holds up to consistancy. And it pairs well with poultry, seafood or any meat dish.

It's Jasmine rice, so it's good. Fluffs up nicely.

I am not a rice connoisseur so I'm not the best one to rate these. It cooks like rice, smells like rice, tastes like rice. There's nothing wrong with it. Cook according to directions and you get rice. Not mushy or anything noteworthy one way or the other to me. It seemed like a good value so we bought it. As long as it's not Minute Rice or generic white rice, all jasmine rice is good to me. Jasmine rice fluffs up nicely and so does this one.
