I personally don't care for the flavor, but my husband and kids love it! They sprinkle it on cottage cheese and my husband's grandmother uses it for seasoning roasts. My husband first had it at a health food store back in the late 1980's with his grandmother. They got an avocado boat, which was half an avocado filled with cottage cheese and sprinkled with Spike. It is all natural and hard to find in this larger size.

I LOVE this seasoning. I've only used it in a soup with the Red Mills 13 bean soup mix and I have to say it was the best soup I ever had in all my life. I LOVE that this is all natural and they suggest to put it in everything.❤️❤️❤️💯
