Horrible and Awful Cover with no seeled seal

The cover does not seel like a pressure cooker, there is no any whistling noise from the pot, when i ordered the first one, it was exactly like the one i have now and i return it back thinking it was a malfunction ,i spent money to return it since the product is not a walmart made, buying this pressure is an awful experience and a wastes of my money, time and my energy as well.
