Need better packaging if you're going to ship

I liked the ornaments, but the packaging was terrible. It was only put into a bag. How they thought it would survive shopping and delivery, I'll never know. We had 4 broken (shatterproof) ornaments. The package that it came in was broken too. Very disappointed.
