Great Stainless Steel Pan at a Great Price

I've only had this pan a few weeks but in that time I've used it not used this pan to cook fish, steak and duck and the results have been fantastic. Very even heating and great searing even at medium temps. The fond creation with this pan is great for pan sauces too! Also, clean up is easy. If you're making a pan sauce, all fond remnants come up easily during deglazing. If not making a pan sauce, just set the pan in the sink and fill with soapy water while you eat and the residue comes off easily with a soft brush.
