The Seiko watches typically are sold with a large bracelet, too big for me. So, I called the local Walmart jewelry department to ask if they would remove several links. The Walmart store would not do what they called a “repair”. It is not a repair, but a necessary adjustment for a new product. They refused to do the work, even though their staff has done it in the past. Your customer service person accepted the store manager's definition as a “repair.” Not a repair. So, I am left to find a jewelry store with a watch department to make the adjustment, and to pay for it.
