Dosage
Cooking Instructions: Boil - Bring 1 1/2 cups water or broth to boil in medium pot. Cook - Add 1 cup quinoa. Cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Finish - Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Tip: Sprouted quinoa is cooked when each grain is translucent and white germ is visible. Makes about 3 cups.
Instructions
Bring 2 cups of water to boil in medium sauce pan. Stir in 1 cup grains. Cover and simmer over low heat 15 to 20 minutes, until grains are ender and liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
