Missing pieces !

I was missing the gold sequins in my package that belong inside of the clear balloons. After I reached out to the shipper themselves to replace the item, they resent the arch but it still did not contain the sequins. Respectful customer service and sent the new arch in a very timely manner but did not fulfill my request of the gold sequins.
