Horrible Customer Service

This costume runs small! But my 12 year old loved it! Contacted Wholesale Party regarding an exchange for a larger size! I was informed that someone would call me to arrange an exchange! Never received a call back! Called several times after and still no response! Horrible customer service! Will not order anything from Wholesale Party or thru Walmart's site if it is coming from Wholesale Party! Not worth the hassle!!!
