Ordering process was smooth. Delivery was placed at front door in plain sight from street which was not so wonderful given "porch pirates" are a part of our shopping reality now. Package could have been placed in front of hedges or to the left of the door....thankfully, I was home when alerted and was able to retrieve my beautiful Rachel Ray cookware! It has not been used but it appears to be all that I expected from this line of cookware. It was beautiful, well packaged and scratch-free. The only negative - strictly on my part - was in not ordering more to add to my existing sets of Rachel Ray cookware. I am pleased and can't wait to use it next month as I cook for the holidays.
