For $20 this is a great costume! Fits my 18 month old great and is a comfy stretchy material so she likes to wear it and doesn't rip it off. Also has some wiggle room to wear for a few months (unsure what we will wear it for besides Halloween but it's fun!) It came wrinkle but I think steaming it will help.
