Optimus Micathermic Flat-Panel Heater, H-8411

Put it under my table next to the window heats the whole room as the only heat in a small bedroom, it below freezing outside and the room is 72 all through the room. doesn't make a sound. can't even hear it cycle. Feel lot's of heat coming out all around the table and though out the room. Couldn't be better. Don't know how much power it's using, on days not as cold it works good on low. Room is small but very little insulation.

I got it in October and from the first it seems that the temp dial always needed a little more push to keep it the same warm. Now it has finally given up the ghost. Seems to be well made, maybe a bad thermostat. I like the mica type heater. It is quiet, and I use it in a small room to off set my keeping the house 66 in the day. Inside my den I am cozy warm. Am willing to try the higher priced model with the digital thermostat.
