This is not my first 5 quart jumbo cooker purchase. It is hands down my best. I prioritize a hard anodized surface greatly on my cookware. It's almost always a significant price difference. Somehow this is actually priced below the big brand like I've been bought and used that incorporate PFOAs. This is free from them. Great design. I use for cooking veggies mainly at a medium heat. Just perfect!
