I'm totally satisfied. The scale is exactly what I expected from reading the specs and reviews. Great value for the price. It was delivered on time with no damage. I had no trouble assembling the scale from the directions. Although reviews I read before purchasing did complain of difficulty hooking the draft rod around the pivot under the base, so I was prepared to give it some thought. I simply used a pair of needle nose pliers and had no problem at all. Some reviews complained they get different reading but I step on the scale the same way and do the same thing each time and found the scale to be accurate and consistent. For example I always start below my weight and slowly increment up using my finger to stabilize the beam to minimize bouncing. It is heavy and takes effort to move it but its a physicians beam scale, you want it to be stable and strong.
