Don't like the cheap plastic heel

I like the look of the shoe and it feels comfortable, but I really do not like the cheap looking heel on it. I will be returning it because the heel reduces the overall quality look.

Buyer beware: Not all colors fit the same!

I had these shoes in Couio in a 6 and they are incredibly comfortable—seriously the best, most versatile flat ever, so I purchased the black in the same size and they are beyond awful. The fit is completely different. The sling back digs into my ankle; it ripped up the back of my foot. The front is narrower and stiffer leather. I can't even wear them. What a waste of money! Quality control/consistency issues such as this make me question buying ever Sarto shoes in the future. Terrible!
