Fabric poorly made – ruined with slight pressure.

This skirt is very pretty and it fit me, BUT unfortunately it turned out to literally be a piece of junk. The slightest pressure with your fingers will ruin it. I wore it just once to a meeting… While sitting there, any time I readjusted the skirt, the material would literally “pull“ and leave a pale blue splotch where color used to be. By the time I got home, the navy blue and red skirt had pale splotches both front and back. It's ridiculous – I've never seen such poorly designed fabric in my life and the skirt is now completely ruined after just one wearing. (I've tried repeatedly to include a photo, but because of some kind of glitch it won't let me add it.)
