You'd think metatarsal protection would make these things feel like bricks, but Ariat nailed it. The insole is cushioned like a high-end sneaker, and the break-in period was almost nonexistent. I'm on my feet 10+ hours a day, and these boots hold strong without killing my feet. Durability? Top notch. The leather is thick and tough but still flexible where it needs to be. I've dragged these boots through welding shops, concrete pours, muddy job sites, and steel decks, and they're still kicking like they're fresh out of the box.
