Quality control issues
Item came defective despite good packing. Control panel was not working, fan was fine. Unfortunately did not notice until after installing (this thing is heavy, use a car jack). Had to contact xtremeair service department who would not help me over the phone and insisted I email them. Offered to send me a new part and fix on my own. Did not offer any reimbursement for the extra labor of fixing an item that should have been working fine. Pretty lame, will not be buying again.
