Incredibly Strong and Solid

I know they are a bit pricey and that they're only really compatible with the manual and auto-retractable industrial knives that are made by Slice, as well as the long-handled scraper, but believe me, that's the way to go! It's also the best way to go for anyone who is looking for a long-blade type knife that uses ceramic blades that actually has replacement blades available. What I especially like though, is that there is the option to get replacement blades that have pointed tips.
