I am 5'4" and 165 lbs. I ordered a size 14. These shorts are not tight in the legs and hang about 3 inches above my knee. I am pleased the the fit. The fabric washes well with minimal wrinkles after drying in the dryer. They did not shrink after drying on low heat. Color was true to picture.
