Cheaply made, not worth the money.

I'm not sure if this was made in China or Japan. I bought two different sizes online for a coat donation bin. When received I could not find the size tag on either one, so no idea which was which. The jacket is not very warm appearing, and there is a strange applique on the front of jackets.
