Newhouse Lighting NHGS-LED-BLK 16" 3 Watt Black LED Gooseneck Desk Lamp

I've only had this light a few days, so I'll update if it stops working or gives problems later. But so far, I'm amazed and delighted with this light. I got the black model, and it's a beauty. I worried about it being black, but it's so slender and graceful that the black color doesn't make the light look bulky. The LED light is great. The color of the light is warm. I use the lowest level of light as a background light (with the light facing up towards ceiling), or to light my computer when I'm in bed (pointed toward my computer). The next two levels of light provide more than enough light for reading. I have no trouble finding the indentation on the base that is for changing the light level & turning off. But if anyone does, just color it with paint or marks-a-lot, or stick a sticky dot on it or next to it. The base is only 4.5" in diameter, taking up little space on my tiny nightstand. The base is heavy enough that it doesn't tip over. I am in awe of the engineering that went into this useful little light. I HIGHLY recommend it!

Perfect night stand reading lamp. The goose neck is adjustable and even the lowest of the three brightness settings is good enough to read by. The base is sturdy and weighted so that he can be bumped without being knocked over. My only issue is a small one. I wish the light switch was raised instead of being depressed which makes is somewhat difficult to find. However the pluses far outweigh this small minus
