I ordered a larger container than the one sent. Upon reaching out to the company, I was told it was their mistake, they would send the correct size, keep the smaller one and they would refund $5 for inconvenience to my credit card. I accepted that and thanked them. Now, I reached out to them and asked when I should expect the larger one and they are saying that I got one delivered and they applied the $5. No replacing it with the larger one as stated and conveniently the original mezsage is deleted from my EMail. i will NEVER buy from this company again. Very poor business operations. Its not the cost, its the way of them conducting business. I paid for the product plus shipping, and received a product to small for intended purpose. Now I need to spend more money to get the right size. Basically, I am out most of the money!!!
