Horrible support and poor protection for laptop

More like a zero star rating. The support was very rude and never helpful. After the year with this antivirus had ended I kept getting annoying popups to renew. I tried uninstalling but it never let me. I called customer support and after being on the line for almost an hour they said that all technicians were busy so they would call me in a few minutes. After 5 hours of waiting I called them back. The manager said they would not help me because I was not a paying customer. Although when trying to remove this anti virus from the computer I got a message that this antivirus couldn't be deleted so call tech support. The manager was rude and wouldn't help. Haven't been able to use my computer for a while now since I can't install another antivirus since this is still on my computer. Horrible support, horrible product. Buyer beware. Kept getting viruses while having this antivirus, and their support is horrible.
