It's a tissue box that can't hold tissues. The size of the outside of the box is sort of the dimensions of a tissue box, HOWEVER, the inside is a lot smaller. It doesn't take into account the thickness of the wood it was constructed with. So you can't put a paper tissue box inside. So I thought, ok, I'll just take the tissues out of the paper box and put them inside this wooden box. Well guess what happens? Every tissue you try to pull out gets snagged on the splintered wood and rips and won't come out so all you are left with is a tiny corner of a tissue, or a small strip, if you even get that much out before it rips and tears. . . So it's basically useless. Looks cute but you can't use it as a tissue dispenser. Which is what it is. See my pics of the size in relation to a standard size tissue box.
