Recommended Dosage (Take 1 Serving): Training days: Day 1: Begin by assessing your tolerance with half a serving of NITRAFLEX® BURN mixed with 6 fl oz of cold water. Days 2 and beyond: Depending on tolerance, mix 1 serving (1 scoop) of NITRAFLEX® BURN with 10 fl oz of cold water and consume within 30 minutes before working out.

Whoa! Potent stuff!
Had no problems with this one! Yes you get that tingly warm feeling but assuming it's partly the niacin. My workouts have been better, more focused and aggressive. Would definitely buy again. Too early to tell if serious thermogenic effect but ingredient list stacks up so not too concerned. With the focus it gives to my training that will come! Highly recommended if looking for a strong pre workout.
