Tirechain 18X8.5X10 Heavy Duty Tractor Tire Chains

The chains are good quality but be prepared to make adjustments. They were much too long for my AG tread tires, had to remove several of the cross links. A pair of pliers and a screwdriver will do to spread the side hooks to allow the cross links to be removed. In addition to being extra long they were a link or two too narrow causing them to want to come off during use. I was able to use the side links that were removed when shortening the overall length by removing a narrow piece from each one with an angle grinder. This allowed them to be added on to the remaining cross links, one per cross link to make them drape over the side of the tires. So far they've worked fine after making all the necessary adjustments. Chains have made a huge improvement when plowing snow. Would've given five stars if adjustments weren't needed.

The fasteners on the inner side of the tire chains didn't match. One was C shaped, the other an L, which did not work. I reconfigured that into a C and it still slips off. I need tensioners for both wheels. The chains. when both were mounted, work great.
