Arrived missing screws

I received the shower grip, and all the parts to assemble the chair, EXCEPT FOR THE SCREWS! How am I to put this together without them? And you can't return the item through Walmart, because it comes from a 3rd Party. Walmart is NOT AT FAULT for this issue.
