Clean the Sea Moss before Soaking. Rinse off all sea debris and particles with distilled, or spring water (refrain from using tap water if possible). Recommend cleaning sea moss twice. 2. Soak -Then place your sea moss in a bowl and completely cover the moss with filtered, spring or alkaline water then allow to soak in refrigerator for 8-24 hours. Can add water as the moss swells to keep it covered with water. 3. Blend – Add sea moss to blender and desired amount of water (for desired consistency). Equal amount sea moss and water will yield a more liquid consistency. 1/3 amount of water will yield a firmer gel once refrigerated for 4 hours.
