5 Stars    Very happy With Purchase This basic, no-frills beanie does the job. You can turn the bottom up as much as you need, so it fits well. It is not thick or fluffy, so you can wear it underneath the hood of your jacket if you need extra protection. It is lightweight, so you can throw it in a backpack in case the weather turns cold while you are out hiking. Some wool hats can be scratchy, but this one is quite smooth and comfortable to wear. I have worn it in winter temperatures as low as 20 degrees Fahrenheit, and it has done a great job of protecting my head and ears from the wind and the cold. I recommend it.
