Belkin VGA / audio cable - 10 ft - B2B

I purchased this to connect my netbook to my tv, after several attempts to get the cable wires in the correct configuration it works just fine! I got the 10ft but should've got a longer one but it will do for now.

I have been utilizing the converter box to look at all TV shows. I have not had cable service in over 12 years. I purchased a 47" TV from Walmart during Thanksgiving. I read some reviews that indicated you could watch online TV shows with an HDTV combined with the right cable. Well, I connected the cable to my TV and computer. I was able to view my church service online instead of on my small laptop. I attend the early AM service and like to look at the mid-AM service online at home. It worked perfectly. Also......Another favorite show that's on cable, White Collar, on USA network; I can now watch the full episodes online for FREE, no cable service needed. Many TV shows are online that people can watch on their HDTV. Google ABC Online, CBS Online, NBC Online, USA Network etc. and see what shows are online. Save the links to your Favorites/Favorites Bar on your computer for quick access. You do not see all the commercials like on regular TV; but their are a few commercials/advertisements that pop up. I do not care. This is the trend for most folks now to watch TV online via their HDTV (at a time more convenient for them). It's wonderful. I purchased 2 Belkin monitor cables. One for my present TV in the family room and one for my 'future' TV in the bedroom. I noticed this item sells out fast; so Belkin is a great brand and I wanted to stay with them. FYI...The cable is short; therefore you will need to have the TV in close range to your laptop/computer. My 47" TV is wall mounted over the fireplace; so I just sat my laptop on the fireplace mantel. Just measure your distance between the TV port and PC port connections.
