Great for Gumbo!

I do not make Cajun food often, but this is great for all kinds of fish, crab, any seafood. I used it to make a gumbo and it was great. It was however, too spicy for my family. I suggest that you use very little and add it to taste. A little bit goes a long way!

Restaurant-Quality Flavor Right at Home!

The McCormick Zatarain's Concentrated Shrimp & Crab Boil added amazing flavor to my seafood boil! It made the whole meal taste like something straight from a restaurant — bold, spicy, and full of that classic southern kick. Super easy to use and really brought out the flavor in the seafood. Definitely a must-have for any seafood night!

I like using the liquid better than the dry seasoning as you can overpower the seasonings with the powder VERY easily. Great flavor, EASY the use, will be making a low Country crab/shrimp boil soon!!
