I used to have a hard time staying asleep. I could fall asleep but then, every couple of hours I'd wake up for no reason. My doctor gave me a prescription but those made me tired all the next day and I hated the feeling. My son suggested Melatonin and I find that the 10 mg dosage (there are 3 mg, 5 mg etc) that dissolves in my mouth keeps me asleep all thru the night and wide awake in the morning ready for the day. Obviously DO NOT give them to children but perfect for adults
