GLUTEN FREE GRAHAMS! I nearly feel off my chair. Due to a health condition I cannot put an ounce of Gluten into my body without becoming ill. I've pretty much mastered the matching of all products over the course of 4 years, but not Graham crackers and I was craving these. These were perfect in both taste and texture, they oh so hit the spot. I do wish there were more cookies in the pack, they went quick. But that aside, which yes, is a factor - size for the money type of thing and GF food can run near 50% more than non gluten free food, which is very hard to afford, but as far as the quality, freshness, taste and them tasting like any quality graham cracker would taste, these get 2 thumbs up for sure!

Schar's are the best tasting gluten-free graham crackers by far! At $5 for a 5.6 oz. box they are pricey for just a snack, but definitely worth it for the taste and texture as a substitution in recipes.
