This may not be for everybody, but for those of us who are on Paleo or AIP dietary restrictions this is a wonderful sauce. That's very flavorful. I chop up a big onion. Sauté it with some lean ground beef. Add a couple of chopped portobello mushrooms, and then once that's all cooked I add the sauce. It's a very quick and easy meal for me. I'm on AIP and I cannot do rice or noodles, but I am eating sprouted bread so I toast it put some ghee on it and some garlic and then put the sauce over it. Such a nice meal.

I think if this was marketed as some kind of creamy garlic pasta sauce, it would have a much better reaction. It's very delicious as a sauce in its own category without trying to be like something else. I will definitely buy this again.

I'm going vegetarian to help with my health issues so this is all new to me. I was first a bit hesitant to try this out due to the negative reviews but I'm glad tried it anyway. I did add my own spices and sauté fresh garlic as well. It is so amazing absolutely in love with this and am grateful Walmart sells it
