. 1. Bring 1 ½ cups water to a full rolling boil. 2. Blend Sausage Gravy Mix with ½ cup cool water. Mix or whisk until lump free. Set Gravy Mix blend aside. 3. Pour the Gravy Mix blend into the boiling water. Stir vigorously with a fork or whisk until thickened. Remove from heat.

Good gravy. Just keep heating till thickens.
Use these Pioneer brand gravies a lot. Really good. But I've seen people complain they are too thin. Pioneer needs to put on their pkgs. explaining if water isn't boiling gravy won't thicken. Just microwave at 30 second intervals. Stir and keep microwaving till it thickens. .

I use this to make biscuits and Gravy. Mix it up and dice up a few of the Walmart sausage patties and put it in the gravy and it doesn't get much better than that. Put it over a few biscuits with some scrambled eggs on top and you have the perfect breakfast.
