Instructions
Start your oven 325 degrees F. 5 to 6 minutes. Oven Directions: (Preferred Method) Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Unwrap shells; place on cookie sheet and pull apart slightly. Bake 5 to 6 minutes until crisp. (For extra crispness, bake 1 to 2 minutes longer. Watch carefully so shells do not become too brown). Microwave Directions: Unwrap shells; place on microwavable plate. Fan out, overlapping slightly. Microwave on High 30 to 45 seconds until warm. Let stand 1 minute. Note: Unheated shells will be chewy. Do not heat taco shells in toaster oven due to possible risk of fire. Store leftover taco shells in resealable food bag or container.

I used to be so finicky, I always made my own tortillas, tortilla chips, etc., etc., but in a hurry I grabbed these, and found that since I always keep my own fresh-cooked taco filling handy (tasty snacks and meals for drop-in guests!), having these very zesty taco shells on hand is a VERY good idea; they're delicious, and if you fill them and stick them in the microwave for half a minute, they come out moist and fresh and VERY yummy! I get these shells, AND the El Paso plain, and cheese shells; they keep nicely in the cupboard, and everyone gets to choose the taco shell flavor they want!
