Worked good for me. Does spray a strong stream when fully pressed. If you press down lightly you get a very manageable stream if you wanted to apply it to a Q tip or some gauze. Used it for ear piercing. I was able to spray a small amount directly on my earlobe and Q tip no problems.

Good Product - Will purchase again.

I purchased this as aftercare for my piercings. It works well and does not sting when applied. The one I bought does not contain lidocaine, so you don't get that weird numbing that happens with other brands. The spray is quite aggressive, so be careful until you get used to it.

This is the best wound wash I've ever purchased on the market!!!! Don't gamble with any other brands as I made the mistake of doing before buying this brand, because this stuff is extremely sterile and sealed well more then any other brand I've bought in my opinion as my diabetic wounds healed much better and sooner after using this stuff!!!!!!!
