Fresh Unique Taste

I love the taste of cloves and brown sugar with ham. McCormick does an excellent job growing, gathering and packaging spices for market. The quality of these cloves are unsurpassed. This is a nice addition to any spice rack.

Fresh and perfect for recipes and beverages

They do all the usuals just right: ham, ground for pies and bread. Recently I added to chili and got an unexpected pleasant flavor boost. I add clove to hot tea, especially if congested. With pies or bread, I'll grind it so it's nice and fresh. Since it's so good for you, I'm experimenting with making my own tea with clove and cinnamon sticks. McCormicks are the freshest.
