Restaurant style. Net Wt. 1 lb. (16 oz.) 454 grams. Instructions: Cornbread (8" x 8" x 2"): Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray the bottom and sides of the pan. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups water and 1 pouch of Corn Bread Mix. Mix until lumps disappear. Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake at 375°F for 30-35 minutes. Let cool for 3-5 minutes. Muffins (makes 12 muffins): Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray the bottom and sides of the muffin pan or place muffin liners in the muffin pan. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups water and 1 pouch of cornbread mix. Mix until lumps disappear. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full with batter. Bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes. Let cool for 3-5 minutes. Microwaveable (8" x 8" x 2"): Spray the bottom and sides of a microwave-safe pan. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups water and 1 pouch of cornbread mix. Mix until lumps disappear. Pour batter into the prepared pan. Place microwaveable safe pan on an inverted plate which is placed on top of a turntable. Bake on high for 9 1/2 minutes. Let cool for 3-5 minutes. (Microwave wattages may vary, adjust accordingly). High altitude baking instructions (above 5000 ft): Add 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour and 2 tbsp. of water. For convection oven: Reduce time by 5 minutes, reduce the temperature by 25°F.
