Instructions
Cooking directions1. Bring water to a rapid boil. To add flavor and reduce stickiness, add salt (optional).2. Gradually stir in pasta; return to rapid boil.3. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally.4. Drain well. Serve as desired.For oven dishes & casserolesPrepare as above but reduce cooking time to about 5 minutes for recipes that will require further cooking.Pick your/firmness5 Minutes al dente6 Minutes firm7 Minutes tender Beef StroganoffIn a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Saute beef and onions until meat is browned. Add broth and Worcestershire sauce. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 1 hour, or until meat is tender. Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes. In a small bowl, combine sour cream and flour. Stir mixture into meat. Cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until sauce is thickened. Meanwhile, cook noodles.

I'm so thankful for light n' fluffy noodles. I keep track of the nutritional value each item in the dishes I cook. Noodles tend to be hard for diabetics to eat, but that's not the case with Light n' fluffy. I recommend them in every recipe that calls for noodles
