These are good for when you want something sweet; lemon flavor blueberry flavor is just delish. its like a dessert bar. i was pleasantly surprised. If you want just a snack and you are ok with a little sugar I highly recommend. They dont have the highest protein count so I dont consider them a meal replacement bar but i like the ingredient deck overall.
