Here's a tip for you - buy the mix. Beat the eggs and oil/water first in a bowl. Add 1 t. Vanilla extract. Stir in the mix, and if you have any extra chocolate chips in your house, add about 1/4 cup more chocolate chips, just for kicks. Check on the muffins after about 15 minutes, and you should see them be a very light brown. This is when to take them out of the oven. Let them sit for about 10 minutes before eating. The best!
