Great Quality Bread Flour at a Fair Price
I've been really happy with this King Arthur unbleached bread flour. It's affordable but still feels like a higher-quality product. I use it for a bunch of different things—pancakes, pizza dough, and even in small amounts when I'm making vegan seitan with vital wheat gluten.
