Great for children as well as older parents or older people it keeps very keeps you hydrated not so much die and it has a great taste and I use it for my mom and I she's been written while she was bit written but now she's mobile or a wheelchair, but it still keeps her hydrated on those days where we're out and running around and it gets heated or just somewhat tiresome and she doesn't like water all the time this white here is great for the water substitutions After so many cups of water.
