I don't want to pay full price for a match drink at Starbucks and don't want a big bag of matcha so I found this one it's a small decent portion size for one person which I am happy whit the purchase it was fast decent delivery. Happy whit my purchase my matcha recipe: 1.On one cup add ice half way 2.put agave honey all over the ice inside the cup 3.add milk of your preference coconut milk/regulate milk etc just any milk to the ice cup stop at the ice - leave the other half empty for the matcha. 3.on a small separate cup eaigther add milk or water with ever you prefer and mix the matcha powder all together until it's all dissolved in the cup. 4. Pour the matcha in the ice cup that contains the agave honey and milk - stirr it all up you should have matcha drink. 5.if you want your matcha to taste a little more sweet add any organic vanilla creamer or cremer of your preference taste the drink until you have your desired taste and there you go you have your matcha drink !! :) home made and cheaper than Starbucks !! :) Hope my review helps any one !! :)

Very good and elevates any tea and makes a great cup of matcha by itself too. I have make/have my matcha with about 3-4oz of jasmine or oolong tea, 2oz of non-dairy milk and 2 1/2o tsp of this matcha. Once everything is blended by my milk frother the texture is perfect and so yummy. You can taste the light hint of strawberry where its not overpowering the matcha and giving it extra flair. Since I normally steep my tea strong to make matcha the sweetness is just right for me but the powder does have a very sweet sugar smell so experiment to make the right cup of matcha is encouraged.
