Great Stuff! (Hold the Buffalo Wings, Though)

It was great to find Jack Stack Spicy at Walmart's, which I used to love at the restaurant in OP. I still love the taste, but discovered I was dreamin' when I thought I could substitute it for Frank's on buffalo wings! The consistency is too thick, either to slap on on the grill or after I take 'em off which is the way I usually do it, and it's pretty sweet compared to Frank's. It's still good on other stuff. Guess I'm gonna have to perfect my rib mastery.
