Conventional oven - 1. Preheat oven to 425°F. 2. Moisten chicken with water. Shake off excess. 3. Coat with breading mix by shaking together in plastic bag or rolling in breading mix on plate. 4. Spray chicken lightly with oil. 5. Bake 40-45 minutes or until cooked through. Deep frying or pan frying - 1. Preheat oil in deep fryer to 350°F -or- ¼ inch oil in skillet to medium-high. 2. Moisten chicken with water. Shake off excess. 3. Coat with breading mix by shaking together in plastic bag or rolling in breading mix on plate. 4. Deep fry in oil 15–20 minutes or until cooked through. - or- pan fry 20–25 minutes or until cooked through.

my new chicken coating
i wanted to try something different for my fried chicken, i saw this, read the reviews and decided to try. This is what i will be using from now on, i hate mixing up my own coating, trying to get the right texture and flavor, plus its messy. This is ready to go, another reason i decided to try this one is because the others said they had some type of heat and some in my family couldn't eat it like that. I marinate my chicken in buttermilk with salt and garlic mixed in and set like 8 hours. Delicious and everyone went back for more.
