I'm Team Black Knight!
This is the roast my mom prefers, so I ordered it when she visited. I'm normally a latte drinker, and I tried Black Knight as a drip brew and loved it. The sweetness really comes through and balances the dark roast. I can't always detect “notes of…” in my coffee, but before looking at the package, I would have said I tasted caramel and sugar. I've added Black Knight to my regular order and am looking forward to delicious iced Black Knight this summer!

Happy happy happy!
I simply love these beans! I'm always in search of high-quality, strong, smooth espresso-like decaf. These beans fit the bill! I grind them for espresso and use my little Melitta to brew for either a straight up cup of coffee or the base for a latte. Either way, this dark roast is strong yet not bitter. I'm so glad to have found Fresh Roasted Coffee and am happy to support a fellow Pennsylvania company.
